We have two versions of ProBE®

1) ProBE: The comprehensive model that we have used for at number of years.
It builds on a detailed questionnaire and two one-day workshops. During the first workshop map and visualise the problems. What are the strengths and weaknesses. What stands in the way of higher performance? On the second day we develop solutions and plans for implementation.

2) MicroProBE: The new quick model
This model was introduced in 2004 in cooperation with the Federation of Danish Industries. We use a shorter questionnaire and a compressed one-day workshop.
The experiences with this model are positive. The speedy process has proved to be quite dynamic. The analysis and the suggested solutions are not as detailed. But the process requires less time from the management..
